The [[W]] Clan was founded in 2003 by BankerBill, originally for SOCOM 2 on the Playstation network. Since its inception the clan has had just one goal, to have a good time gaming on-line with friends. The name Just Win comes from the concept of gaming on-line without all the B.S. that comes with it. Its members do not tolerate racial slurs, excessive trash talking, gliching, cheating, or any kind of unethical play. At the peak of SOCOM popularity the clan had over 40 members on three rosters playing nightly and in regular clan wars. At one time the clan was ranked as one of the top clans on Gamebattles.com for SOCOM 2. The clan eventually made the jump to SOCOM 3 keeping its core members intact. Unfortunately, most members felt that the third installment of the SOCOM series was a disappointment and the clan quickly fell apart due to lack of members playing.
But for few members staying in contact by email, Just Win would have died. Some of us were lying in wait for the next generation shooter and the rebirth of the [[W]] clan. That day arrived with the release of Call of Duty 4. The result is [[W]] being resurrected and growing.
Through the Playstation Network, our clan has been able to morph itself into more of a "gaming clan" versus just being a clan in one game. Because of this, our clan members are playing more games together online than we were able to before.
Now, with the release of SOCOM U.S. Navy Seals Confrontation for the Playstation 3, our clan has returned to it's roots. We are playing nightly again and are waiting for the capability to have clan battles in game to be restored so that we can continue to grow our clan and become one of the top SOCOM clans Just Win once was. The clan is also looking to grow enough with a core group of good players to participate in online leagues like Urgent Fury, The Best Damn Socom League and Gamebattles.
